1 1/2 lb Beef - Ground 85% lean meat / 15% fat
3 slice Original White Sliced Bread Pepperidge Farm -low sodium
2 eggs
2 clove garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
Put meat, eggs, black pepper and finely chopped garlic in a mixing bowl.
Break bread into small pieces and add to the meat mixture.
Use your hands to mix ingredients.
Lightly grease hands and roll 1/4 cup of meat mixture into round smooth meatballs and drop into boiling sauce.
Cook sauce and meatballs and enjoy.
